Our team
Our team consists of experienced recruitment consultants who have both education and professional experience in the legal sector (“by and for legal professionals”). Each recruitment consultant specializes in specific legal fields and/or industries. This allows us to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise that goes beyond general talent recruitment, ensuring we always make the best match.
Our milestones
Vialegis was founded in Belgium as a niche recruitment agency for legal professionals, ‘by and for legal professionals,’ becoming the first mover in Belgium.
In 2017, Vialegis became part of House of HR, an international group of specialized HR companies. This step led to further professionalization of our services, enabling us to better support both our candidates and clients. It also accelerated our European expansion.
Vialegis took its first steps in Luxembourg, led by Alexis Yaghi, expanding our impact in the region.
In 2018, we also proudly announced the acquisition of Schollmeyer & Steidl, a leading player in Germany in the recruitment and selection of lawyers and tax advisors. Matthias Pohlers leads this successful team.
In September 2020, Vialegis expanded into human resources roles. Our dedicated HR team, with its experience, expertise, and values, supports clients in their search for both permanent and temporary HR talent.
